Navy pier was a nice setting to disembark from and land at easily accessible we walked from Sheraton Grand. Nice cruise locations around the lake. Great photo ops of the Chicago skyline. Our server. Pedro was a outstanding personality but short on service skills. We wanted wine upon arrival and it took more than 45 minutes to take our first sip I ordered filet mignon cooked rare. It was more like medium but delicious. Desserts served buffet style lacked imagination and were average in taste They passed out fresh baked cookies upon departure- a nice touch! Odessey management get some better training into Pedro’s skills and you will have a great server. For an experience. Odessey Washington DC was much better

First off we went specifically for our 12 yr anniversary when we got to our table they had us down for a birthday and waitress kept telling us who’s birthday how many tines do I have to remind her that it was our anniversary. Next food was not so great very small portions and I didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t pay extra to have the additional items on the menu for example if u ordered salmon why couldn’t we get the lobster tail and pay extra for it. Music was boring was not lively at all. Overall this experience was overpriced did not expect this at all.
