A Floating Tiki Bar cruise down the Chicago River or Lakefront is a great way to see the city, whether you are visiting us from out of town or just taking a break from the daily routine.

It was a very nice a and relaxing experience.. Only bad part the AC wasn't working in the inside but overall I enjoyed the view and on the outside

Thank you for your review and glad you had a relaxing time. You can imagine on a very hot unprecedented heat we are having that the and the doors to the bow and upper deck constantly being open, that the AC has a hard time keeping up. We hope you will return for another cruise with us.

The weather was great but the ac didn't seem like it worked and the only food available for purchase was chips. It was just ok. Cool for maybe a first date, getting to know someone kinda vibe.

Thank you for your feedback. The AC was running, but you can imagine on a very hot day with the doors constantly be open on the bow and to the upper deck, that the AC had trouble keeping up. We do not advertise food for sale on any of our cruises for a short 75 minute cruise.

The cruise said it was a 90 minute cruise and ended up being only 60 minutes. They said food was to purchase but there were only bags of chips.

The cruise you were schedule on was the Chicago River and that cruise is only 75 minutes. I checked with the ships log and the boat embarked at and disembarked at 75 minutes. Docking is part of the duration of the cruise.
