Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
Suitable for all physical fitness levels
If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
Minimum age is 3 years
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

The flight instructors were amazing. They made the experience fun for all. If you are in the mood for something different, this is an event everyone should experience at least once.

The lady calling at 11:59 rushing to get to the facility. They called me a few days prior to my appointment and said let’s switch to 12:30. So I said fine! Then the day of the appointment the lady calls at 11:59 saying you need to hurry before your appointment at 12. I stated my ticket says 12:30 and I just got my lunch to our table. So I’ll stick with my appointment. And she says either you get here at 12 or don’t plan on coming! So after I paid for the ticket in advance and they change times I never got to enjoy your facility! I think it’s HORRIBLE I had to still pay for that slot after all the BS!

This is something we didn’t think was as simple as y'all made it. It was handled and executed so well and so efficient. Our instructor was amazing, Maddison I believe? She was so informative and she was amazing with the kids in our group. We are from Detroit and we would definitely be back again next time we are in Chicago!
