Chicago’s famous Pirates Pub Sail departs every Friday night at 9pm aboard Tall Ship Windy at Navy Pier. This is a two hour charter and returns to Navy Pier at 11:00pm. Your ticket includes complimentary water, soda and beer. Aboard the 148 foot Tall Ship Windy, you will enjoy the merriment of days of yore. You will be able to listen and sing to the traditional songs of the Pirates while enjoying the spectacular scenery that is the Chicago skyline and the wonderment of Lake Michigan. Chicago’s famous Pirates Pub Sail is an event that should not be missed.

Not as expected. It was cool to take the sailboat out, but I thought we'd do more than just sit offshore and listen to music, looking at the city for 2 hrs. The crew were dressed as Pirates but did not have any facts or interesting stories, even when we approached them asking for info. Was not a very interactive tour, would recommend spending your money elsewhere or finding a cheaper sailboat tour.

We regret you were disappointed in the charter. Our Pirates Pub is our over 21 charter with Live Music and dancing. You are correct, not a narrated tour, but a party on the water, as we state in the website listing. Perhaps our shorter charters during day with more narration about the city would be better for you. We welcome you back to try it!

Crew was stellar. Captain avoided a mid lake collision, excitement abound. The music selection was not to my taste otherwise a great experience.
