It was a nice experience; however there is a gross lack of communication for depature location, it is not what is written on the itineray, they do not communicate your boat name. In adidtion, you need to go pick up your tickets from the ticket booth. We had to walk to EVERY booth to figure put which one was ours.

We enjoyed the music, and the food was decent. Service could have been better, but they were accommodating.

Our ticket showed we would have a 2.5-hour cruise on Lake Michigan however in reality it happened for just 1.5 hours.
