Lots of staff standing around and it took 15 minutes to get 2 beers. Never saw the server again and got drinks from the bar. From the time we were able to sit and eat the cruise was over 1 hour 20 minutes later. Very disappointing for a special night...

The dinner cruise was absolutely amazing! Great atmosphere and food. The view was spectacular. We would definitely go again.

We were told our confirmation had been credited and we were not allowed to cruise. First purchase was on the Premier dinner cruise. which had been cancelled. I booked the other Cruise on the same night. Confirmation 1267672254. I was on Navy Pier trying to board Odyssey ship, and was told i was on the Spirit of Chicago ship. They then told me they were booked and could not board.
