My party and I were present at 5pm and were not allowed to board the vessel. I made reservations a month in advance to celebrate my birthday. I live four 1/2 hours from Chicago and will not be back to take another cruise which is what they are offering. I will need a full refund for me and my friends. After walking all the way down Navy Pier to beard and not be able to was exasperating and very disappointing. If I am not offered a refund I will take the situation to small claims court. Horrible experience!!!!!!

We were greeted & was helpful far as getting on the boat(watch your step and turn to the right walk in first door)😊 there was a mix of music so I was able to 💃 dance😍but we order drinks thru my Husband phone (pulled up drink menu) but drinks never came for at least 20 mins!!!! So we stop a waitress & she said she would help us and she did about 15 mins later!!! Looked like she was the only waitress (smh) & the food was bland!!!! No seasoning!!! Then we asked for Salt & Pepper & the Chef or the guy who stood there the whole time said there was none available! The most important part was we weren’t able to take pictures of the city because it was Raining Cats & Dogs

The cruise was very pleasant. Very nice, clean ship. The food was very good and so was the service. I bought the ticket online and the instructions of how to redeem tickets were wrong. It said to go to “Tiny Tavern” to redeem; these people knew nothing about it ( and have nothing to do with it). We were sent by the Navy Pier security people back and forth the pier until we could find the ship and the kiosk next to it to redeem the tickets.
