Great food. Great views. Value was excellent. Crew was not as “in to it” as I would like. Compared to ones I have had in NY the crew was more “this is a gig” than “I am here to make your trip the best”. All in all ok but really feel manager of this trip should discuss with his workers how to make folks welcome. All part of the show.

Excellent service. The food was good; great music. Excellent staff. My wife and I were celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary and she loved the attention she received from the staff. The roses were fresh and the table was laid out to her approval.

I was skeptical of the evening dinner buffet cruise due to the pricing, but it was amazing! The food was fabulous, service was excellent, and the views of the evening skyline were spectacular. No need to pay extra for the window seat because you will want to head up to the top open area of the boat. Even the dancing was fun and a lot of people joined in. Wonderful evening in Chicago.
