The tour ended in less than 2 hours vs what advertised to be 4 hours. The stops were 5 mins each. Complete scam! Don't fall for it. Take a walk and take your time.

For the last 17 years, we have done our best when it comes to offering visitors to Chicago the best 2 hour minibus tour we can. Hundreds of 5 star reviews indicate just that. When booking our tour, it clearly states that the mini bus tour is 2 hours in duration multiple times. First on the listing, then during the booking process and again on the tickets. In the warmer months, we also have a combination tour, which is the two hour minibus tour plus a Chicago River Architecture Cruise. That option is about 4 hours. Up until this reviewer, everyone else has understood that. Also, the temperature the day that this person went on the tour was about 18° Fahrenheit. Everyone came back inside as soon as they got their pictures.
