My husband and I had our own personal tour and ate the most delicious dim sum, pork buns, egg custard pastries and freshly made fortune cookies. We had a very memorable time. Our tour guide Joseph made sure we were learning exciting facts about Chinatown and the bay area every step of the way! He made sure were entertained and even suggested more things to do throughout the day. We felt like we were truly traveling in a different country even though we were practically in our own backyard. This tour definitely made out first time in Chinatown the best. Is there anything Joseph doesn't know about the bay area?👌

We booked the small group Chinatown tour. The directions ask you to arrive 15 minutes late which our group of seven people didd. The guide arrived perhaps a minute or two after the hour. The bigger issue was that the guy who apparently normally leads this group was out and the person who guided us had not done this tour before. Very sweet guy but pretty mediocre experience unfortunately.
