I have lived in NYC for one year. I wanted a tour that would give me a better understanding of the city's beginnings and wanted to get a better feel for the city I have come to love. We did the downtown/financial district tour. This tour was just that! The tour guide was very knowledgable and really loved what he does. He was open to questions, even some of my silly ones :) So the way it works is they break up the city into separate tours. Good idea because 2hrs of walking and learning is a decent energy investment. They do allow you to combine tours and personalize them so it's perfect if you are a bit more energized and want to do two or three areas of the city. The weather was great and he offered to take photos of us at some great spots! He also suggested some fun things to do n places to eat after the tour. We followed his suggestions and a great tour turned into one of my favorite days in NYC! Great tour if you like to learn. Great for couples and small groups of friends and family. Perfect for visitors and New Yorkers alike! Ps. We liked the downtown tour so much, we are already planning when to do the next tour!

IBEROJET Departure from Madrid on 12/22/2023 with Iberojet destination Cancun. How has this company changed, especially the ground staff (check-in) and not the cabin staff, the personal treatment is still wonderful, I mean the check-in staff, having preferential billing and seeing how this staff is leaving you behind and moving ahead from your nose people who are friends or family when you protest tell you that even if you have paid for that service you have no right to protest in your own face I say that a lot has changed because I have flown with them since they were Evelop and four times a year but I think that It was the last one and by the way we were not the only ones who had this problem, many people with this type of billing had the same problem. For the cabin staff, everything is the opposite, kindness and impeccable service, very very good.
