The best Christmas drinks and food! This tour was fantastic! Run by a professor. In a very adult way. Went on an early Christmas Traditions Saturnalia tour and learned about vikings and all of the pagan christmas traditions and where our modern santa, krampus and other evil aspects were derived. Great early intro to the christmas traditions and tavern experiences here with an absolutely amazing guide.

Best Christmas tour in Philly. Best tour guide I ever had. I heard that he was a professor and the drinks were out of this world. Phenomenal!.

I would not recommend this tour. The starting point given was inaccurate so we missed the first 15 minutes of the “tour” just trying to find it. We then spent over 2 hours at the same bar listening to stories and drinking one of the tour guides homemade drink Wasseil. The tour guides also brought their own popcorn and pretzels to put out as snacks on the table. Finally, we only went to one other bar that was not expecting us. We stayed there less than an hour. We spent money on food and drinks we didn’t expect to. Definitely not recommended.
