Findlay Market

Visit five market merchants who will share their specialties with you. Merchants are located in stalls within the main market house or in storefronts directly adjoining the building. Food, when combined, is enough for a "light lunch" for most people.

For someone who grew up in Cincinnati this was an outstanding tour!!! I came with friends who I went to High School with - and we took the Street Car from Downtown to Findlay Market - also a MUST!! Our guide was so knowledgeable and it seemed like everyone knew her in the market. She made great recommendations on what to try - which of course your eyes are bigger than your stomach! By then end everyone was getting a little something different and bought things to take home with them or back to the hotel. I didn't get a photo of the booth that sells soup - in the end on the right - it was GREAT!! Whether you have lived in Cincinnati all of your life or are a visitor - this is a must see!!!

Barb Cooper made this tour really fun! We got together for a girls afternoon and for some of the ladies this was their first visit to Findlay Market. Learning the history and sampling the food inspired many to return to the market more often. One of the best tours ever.
