We have lived in the Cincinnati area our whole lives and wanted to try something different in this great city. We signed up for the Dessert and Wine tour and had a really great time. We were greeted by our tour guide Justin and he was so much fun. He had the whole group interacting with each other and lots of laughs! He was very knowledgeable about the area and answered all our questions. He shared so many “fun facts” about the city that we knew nothing about! We really enjoyed all the treats. I mean you can’t go wrong with ice cream, macaroons and popcorn, right? The wine tasting and a look at how they make the wine was our favorite stop! We were even running late for our reservation at The Eagle and our tour guide Justin called the restaurant and got our reservation pushed back! Now that’s top notch service!!!! We would 100% recommend this tour. We are already looking at booking a ghost tour in the fall at American Legacy Tours!!!!!

We showed up a few hours early to beat the crowds and take a “Google Maps” guided tour. However, our real tour guide, Justin, opened our eyes to so much more! He was very personable and gave us a customize experience, since our group was so small. As advertised, we received a small walking tour Over the Rhine, got to check out local Cincy favorites, and sample some tasty wines. We stopped at Graeters Ice Cream, Al’s Delicious Popcorn, the Macaroon Bar, and Revel OTR while learning tidbits of history at each location and other locations along the way. Justin was very knowledgeable and made us all feel welcomed, included, and comfortable. At one point, a homeless guys came up and started harassing us for some weed (a truly authentic Cincinnati experience), and Justin did great at fending him off. He had a great sense of humor and kept the conversations personable, friendly, and interesting. The wine experience at Revel was wonderful! What a great way to end a tour. The selection was great, the service was excellent, and getting a personalized tour of the basement where they do all the aging, processing, and bottling was a lot of fun. As the name suggests, an urban winery is exactly what they are and it was neat to see how they make that happen fromt a small city basement. I would recommend this to anyone interested in learning about the city through a unique experience.

I finally got to use the Christmas gift i gave to my sister and cousin for The Dessert and Wine tour.Our tour guide Justin was great! From ice cream to wine with popcorn and macarons in between it was fun throughout. Justin was kind enough to take some pictures for us too! We will be back for the Haunted Tour! Thanks for a great time!
