Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
Suitable for all physical fitness levels

Due to weather, flights may be 120 to 140 minutes in length
Wheelchair accessible - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own caregiver
All pilots and aircraft are FAA-certified
Helicopter holds 6 passengers; larger groups may be separated
All guests weighing 270 lbs or more when weighed at check-in, will be required to purchase an additional empty seat less 15% before fuel surcharge to safely balance the aircraft. They will be guaranteed a window seat.
Seating is assigned based on weight and balance following guidelines which have been approved by the FAA. We cannot guarantee seats as the weight of guests must be balanced within the aircraft.
A seat upgrade is not a guarantee; however, if you purchase a co-pilot and/or window seat upgrades, we will do our best to seat you in your purchased location. If we cannot accomodate a seat upgrade due to weight and balance requirements for your flight (or for any other reason), we will refund your upgrade purchase at check-in.

Great comms before and during tour. Informative friendly safe and professional. Need to Uber cab here we payed $24USD. Flight great fun and excellent to see stuff from the sky that land views just can't compete with nor inform you how big things are. Piolit provided a clever playlist to sights too. Fab.

This was a great experience, from start to finish. We were greeted by Liam, in the office, and he was friendly and helpful. Matt was was our pilot and he was the true professional. Matt was safety conscious but also was concerned that everyone had a good time. Matt was great at being an aerial tour guide. I think I can honestly say that we got to see it all, beaches, valleys, waterfalls and a volcano( with molten lava) or two, and other countless sites. Matt was great at providing a historical perspective as well as answering many questions. The weather was cloudy and rainy off and on, but that is Hawaii. Seating is tight, so be prepared for that. This is a fairly costly activity but how often do you have the opportunity to view the Big Island from above? This activity and company are highly recommended.

Top rate from beginning to end. We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the airport. Attended a safety presentation and were weighed. Our pilot Brian was a skilled pilot and very informative. Brian and our shuttle driver were both born in Kona and know the area well. We had a 2 hour tour all around the Big Island viewing different colored beaches, turquoise waters, old lava flows, cattle farms and waterfalls to name a view. Kilauea volcano was erupting during our visit, so we were able to experience it from the sky. We weren't able to get real close but flew through the VOG (the haze of gases from the volcano) and could see the steam coming from the fissures. A once in a lifetime experience. We actually visited in May of 2018 but that was no longer an option.
