Cruise + VIP Package (Available April-September) Premier Seating plus lunch at North River Lobster Company, a floating lobster shack located at neighboring Pier 83. Choose from Lobster Roll, Burger or Chicken plus coleslaw, chips, soft drink. North River Lobster Company offers fresh seafood, mason jar cocktails, buckets of beer, and a raw bar in a relaxed, casual environment and is the perfect place to unwind or soak up the sun after your VIP sightseeing cruise. Fantastic experience! We would recommend this to anyone visiting NYC. Not only can you take a load off for 2.5 hours but you can see parts of the city from a different angle. We were so lucky to have Andy as our tour guide - he is so knowledgeable and delivers his information with a wonderful sense of humour! Would recommend sitting in Premium - the padded seats were so comfy! And you’re treated like royalty 👸! We didn’t get to circle the island due to conditions, but we don’t think this took anything away from our experience.

The sailing was smooth. The trip started on time The guide was funny and knowledgeable. Not much help on board in non emergency situations though. I lost my gloves and none of the staff I spoke to thought the matter was of great importance. One staff member did ask the guide to announce which he did grudgingly and so quickly, there was little impact. Other staff members just kept sending me around and around. The matter might have been insignificant to them but problems encountered by patrons should be handled with more consideration.

We booked this a little last minute so really didn’t know what to expect. We boarded about 20 minutes or so and got a bagel and coffee which were quite good in terms of quality and cost. The trip was amazing and showed a whole different side to NYC with great commentary without being too much Boat slows for pictures at relevant places and was well worth the money We’d definitely go with these guys again
