Circular tour around the whole of the island of Manhattan. Who knew it was so big - trip takes 2.5 hours, but was very enjoyable. Very knowledgeable guide gave a constant running commentary - he almost never shut up for the entire 2.5 hours. This may be to the US taste, but as a European I would have preferred some silence from time to time. Sit on the left of the boat - as that is closest to the Manhattan side. The boat passes Liberty to the right, then turns around and passes again with the left hand side of the boat closest this time. Good clean facilities on board, as well as 2 bars, on outer upper deck and inside. Well worth what we paid, enjoyable trip.
