Easy online tickets. Convenient location near Hell's Kitchen. Alcoholic beverages available. My only suggestion to the tour guide would be to slow down a bit. Less information at a slower pace with more pauses would be helpful. The commentary was just a little over the top at times. But super nice guy ;)

Although we have been to New York a number of times we thought that we would do this trip. It was very enjoyable enhanced by the fact that we had paid for premium tickets. These mean that you jump the queue, have your own dedicated seating area with nicer seats and have access to a waiter for any drinks/food required. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and up to date which is an achievement bearing in mind the continuing changing NY skyline.

Skip the bus tours. Circle line is the way to go. Great views and photo opportunities you wouldn't get unless you were on the river. Very up close to the statue of liberty at sunset and great skyline photos. This was our first trip to New York. It's a short one, but that trip was worth it. Compliments to the guide.
