Absolutely first class experience. Wee bit confusing though. We were booked on the 7:00 pm cruise so we arrived at 6:20 only to find the boat almost fully boarded. No outside seats left. Boat departed at 6:35. Guide on the microphone was excellent. Stand up comedian standard. Views of the city were stunning. Great atmosphere on the boat. One wee niggle - the speed of service at the bar was glacial. In summary - you must include this in your itinerary.

The Tour is a really great idea which is why we booked on the same day as our travel to NYC. A few upgrades will make it even more memorable. The Tour Guide never stopped talking and after a while no one was listening. The Tour started too early(7:00) so the lights were only impacted on the way back after dark. Perhaps the time could be adjusted for the season as only half of it was "City Lights" as advertised.

The boat was over crowded. The staff were discourteous. Boarding was arbitrary.- standing in line early doesn’t mean you will get a good spot to sit on the boat.
