Very good experience. Swift boarding experience - make sure to arrive 30+ minutes before. Quickly seated. Then wonderful tour of the sights!

We were on the Circle Line Queens boat for the Harbour Lights Tour on 7/13/22 @7pm, Andy was an exceptional tour guide. He was full of facts, had great stories, was funny, and was super kind. The only negative experience we had was at the outside bar at the top of the boat. The bar tender was rude and spoke with a harsh tone, and was condescending to patrons. It's like she was annoyed by people crowding "her" bar and was disorganized and unprofessional. She works in the customer service industry and doesn't know how to treat customers or how to act. Maybe some etiquette lessons are in order? Look for Andy as your tour guide and skip the drinks!
