Boarding was very disorganized. Nobody would tell you what line to go to. Inside it was hard to see because the windows were very dirty. Most of this tour happens during daylight so it’s not really a harbor lights. And finally, sound is terrible. Very hard to hear what the guide was saying. I’d have preferred to do another broadway show instead.

Great experience with the family. NYC is beautiful in the evening. Parking is located on site and very convenient. Tips-Best viewing would be (top deck-right side-outdoor) They do have snacks for the kids. Highly recommended.
