The guy narrating was extremely annoying and boring. The ride is great but he made it unbearable. They should play nice music and give some information about the places but he just talked about his personal life, lots of comments that had nothing to do with the tour. Terrible experience.

Very nice cruise - highly recommended to catch a glimpse of the city at night and its beautiful lights, including the Statue of Liberty. Best views from the outside deck, but wrap up warm! Alexis was our guide, talking us through the history and sightseeing of NYC - she was very good, chatty and bubbly, she mixed history and personal stories to make the tour even more interesting and engaging.

Views are great. But the there’s just nothing special about the cruise. Longer than it needs to be. Chairs are uncomfortable. Windows are dirty so can’t really see through them. This business just wants to do the bare minimum to get the customers money.
