The bus was not the one they showed. You could not sit inside because you couldn’t see through the the windows. It rained the first part of the day and was still cold up top. The bus was discussing ,dirty and a reck. The outside of the bus was in terrible shape and we were afraid to get on it. You should screen your providers better. I have used your service before and it was great but this was a disaster. We got off and took an Uber back to the hotel. We did not go on the boat part

The worst . Didn’t even get to go on our trip because nobody seemed to help out where to go . We called and missed our trip and they didn’t want to refund us our money back . No thanks . Don’t buy tickets here. Buy them at Bayside personally . We got ripped off .

Good evening, you called several times and were given the exact information with the address where our tour left, you arrived at the bayside because we told you how to get there, our bus leaves the bayside and you did not get your refund because you decided not to take the tour at the last minute, what a coincidence that when you arrived at the bayside where our bus departs from, you decided not to do it and call to ask for a refund at the last minute when the company policy is to cancel 24 hours before. Our guide was waiting for you for more than half an hour at the door of the bus for you who never appeared and called to say you were there, when you were not. In the same way, we appreciate your comments and we hope to have honest and determined people on our tour to get to know the city with us.

Tour guide was entertaining. Tour was not as advertised. Did not see Coral Gables. Stop at 3-4 retail places I left benefits the tour guide. He should not say the best mojito In town was in a burger joint, that wasn’t even open. Only got a watered down mojito??? And spent too much time escorting us through the Bayside into a restaurant everyone did not want to go to. Just to hold us hostage for our boat tickets.

, The foods or liquors sold by the restaurants around us are not our responsibility. Our tour is very organized and for this reason we accompany them to the marina where the ship that is actually next to a restaurant departs and the reason we do it is so that no one loses their ticket and your space on the boat. our tour is guided and has a schedule. thanks for sharing your comments.
