I purchased tickets on the same day at 3:00pm and did not realize that the bus stops running at 4:00pm. I requested a cancellation at 3:15 and just received an email stating that there is nothing they can do to get me a refund. I would have taken a credit for a different day but they did not even offer that.

The commentator talked too fast and she was hard understand. We also had trouble hearing her because of the exhaust.

The advertising leads you to believe it's an open air bus top. Some are and some aren't! The plexiglass top was full of scratches and you could't get any pictures or even see very well. Plus it's like a greenhouse inside. The day of our tour was beautiful and 70 degrees. It felt like 100 degrees trapped under that plexiglass roof. We asked about the open air ones and were told every other bus is open air. We purposely got off did some sightseeing and scheduled ourselves to get back on one that should've been open air, but a covered one showed up. What should've been a great tour was a big waste of money.
