We decided to cancel when the boat portion was closed down due to Covid and only the bus part remained. They sent us to a hotel with only street parking to take bus portion. We received a refund for boat portion but refused to refund the bus portion because it was not in designated time frame. Slightly short. We felt that was wrong. We should have received something back for that part. We travelled for a total package bus and boat and should have had at least 24hrs to decide after they made contact. Especially considering the increased Covid issues in Miami.

The description is not fully accurate. The customer was informed 2 days in advance about the boat cancellation. One day before the customer accepted and modified the tour booking. Consequently got the reimbursement for that portion. He also agreed with pick up time and location. Unfortunately there is no place to park the car for free in that area. As a courtesy we informed the customer about the parking situation. All the conditions were accepted one day ahead of the tour. It was only 3 hours before the pick up time that the customer decided to cancel it. Unfortunately, according to the cancellation policy, that was too much of a short notice. Because the customer satisfaction is our primary goal, we are open to accept to reschedule the tour on another date without additional charge.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job. We enjoyed the tour and learned a lot about the history of Miami.

Dreadful. Guide on the coach spoke poor English and passed on little information. He seemed to know little about what we were seeing repeating himself time and time again.
