Overview

Clear Creek Canyon is unique in the quantity and quality of its rapids. It has more rapids than nearly any other commercially run stretch of whitewater in the nation. It is also free-flowing, meaning that the water levels change throughout the season, offering a variety of experiences. In addition to world-class rafting, it is also the home of the 1859 Gold Rush. Gold is still found in the creek by intrepid miners using pans and dredges. Guests will pass many sites of historical significance related to the Gold Rush while rafting on Clear Creek. Clear Creek is also conveniently located nearby Denver and other surrounding resorts, making it the perfect day-trip excursion.

Amazing trip! Have been on several rafting trips and by far this was the most fun! Lindsey, our guide was amazing and very informative. She kept us in the boat and did an amazing job the whole trip. TIPS--- Take the wet suit! You will need it and the water is cold, even in late June and July. They tell you to be there about 30 minutes early, but if you fill out all your waivers online, you can arrive closer to the actual time, just don't be late for the demo/instructional discussion. Bring something warm to change into and leave it on the bus. It is a long ride home and a towel or quick change of clothes (there is no where to change besides behind the bus on the road, so like throw over the top clothes) or a towel for the ride back. YOU ARE GOING TO GET WET! This is not a slow float ride, these are rapids and you will get wet even if you don't go in the water.

In Denver for Sparkler softball tournament, decided to go ww rafting with some of the team. I had been before, in another state but the rest of my family had not. Had to talk them in to going. They/we all had a blast and definitely want to do it again some time soon! Thanks to Joe and the rest of the crew. Had a great time! Thought the cost of the pictures was a little exorbitant so I don’t have any to share.

Such a great time super cool guide would definitely do it again! Was really nice that they provide wetsuits and gear to stay warm! Loved the sights so beautiful!
