I booked this trip, paid for this trip, got a confirmation for this trip, got tickets for this trip, drove and hour and walked the trail to arrive at this trip, only to be told we didn’t have a booking. They had no kayaks for us and offered no apologies. I was told I was sent a text message but the only message I got was not to download my tickets

We are so sorry but your booking was through TripAdvisor and were told by them that we could not accommodate your group because there were too many kids and not enough adults. (We require 1 adult with one child in each kayak.). This was communicated to you by TripAdvisor, as well as myself through TripAdvisor. Since you showed up with with other adults to meet the requirement, we are sure you got the message that we couldn’t accommodate your group. Unfortunately, I was not notified ahead of time that you had made that switch. I certainly did apologize when you arrived and do feel very sorry for the mix up.

This is a MUST do! Jupiter is certainly beautiful on land, but in the water on a clear kayak is a whole new experience. Our guide Adam was amazing. Our group had a wide range of ages and he kept everyone engaged with his knowledge of sea life and humor! We were able see sea stars, conch and a green sea turtle! Trips are offered throughout the day and we can’t wait to go again… perhaps the sunrise tour. Get up and go kayaking provide concise directions to the facility and we’re very accommodating to offer dry bags. My teenage daughter loved this excursion we took and we will be booking again.
