Overall, it was ok. Our guide seemed to paddle ahead of us for the most part and the wait. He was friendly. It wasnāt easy to paddle against currents and wind in the open ocean. The little beach was sweet. Loved the shell trees. The mangroves we attempted to paddle through were creepy, smelly, polluted and risky and very difficult to maneuver.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't what you expected. Our guides strive to balance leading the group with ensuring everyone is safe and comfortable. Just to clarify, our tours do not go out into the open ocean. We paddle through the backwaters behind Barefoot Beach Preserve and Wiggins State Park. We're glad you enjoyed the stop at Barefoot Beach and the shell trees. Regarding the mangroves, their natural environment can sometimes seem daunting, but many find the experience of navigating through them thrilling and unique. We appreciate your comments and will use them to improve future tours.
