I purchased this trip as a gift for my 85-year-old mom (she's very active!). But unfortunately, the day of the trip is turned cold and there was no way I could take her out on the water and risk her getting wet or getting chilled! I immediately emailed the tour people and asked if I could change the date but got no reply. When they called me to see if I was coming, I explained the situation, but they said I should have called them. Since all of our previous contacts had been through email, I didn't even know I had their phone number. In the end, I couldn't go and lost my money, and this was MY FAULT. I am not blaming them in any way! I don't know if they are good or not. But my advice is this, WRITE DOWN THE PHONE NUMBER and keep it in case of an emergency. Maybe you will have better luck than I did.
