We were called by your supervisor Dan,who wad amazingly so rude too me while on the phone..I booked with your company thinking it was the same as the one that my late father always took us too....Dan called me and as I truly tried to understand the mix up,he was incredibly rude,airagent,short with me.. I hope that it's all recorded for his current way of handling this mix up,was totally unpleasant and wrong..Dan needs too get re_trained to deal with people so that your company will stay amazing as I'm sure it is.I work with over 38 thousand people for a mager hospital,I'd like too let them know that the company us amazing,yet Dan didn't show that in any manner.
