Our family of seven, 5 adults and 2 children, went on the dolphin tour. We all loved it!! All of the staff members were great to work with. The cruise itself was amazing!! We were very lucky and had two pods of dolphins surround our boat and we got to watch them for about 45 minutes. Also, the historical facts and information that the staff shared was neat to hear. I highly recommend this trip!!

Best Family Day EVER! This Dolphin cruise is amazing. The crew is great! They are informative, helpful, and funny. We sat on the upper portion of the boat. They have a sunshade, fans, bar, and safety rail all around. We felt very safe with plenty of room. They have a lower deck that is enclosed from most sun. Down here they have a another bar with snacks, restrooms, and plenty of seating. We never felt crowded or pushed to see. Yes, we did see MANY dolphins. They were seen on all sides of the boat. The captain did a great job of "chasing" them to try to get them to jump high and near us, which they did! The only downside was that we had to head in about 30 min early due to a brewing thunderstorm. In this type of environment safety must come 1st and no one on board seemed too upset about this. Yes bummed, but we understood why it was necessary. Plus we saw the dolphins and beautiful views. Hands down YES we would do this again. The kids were amazed and my husband and I had a great time! We went on a Sunday at 5 pm. The traffic to get here is tough, so please plan for that. It is also important to show up at least 45 min before the boat leaves as they recommend. The entrance gets crowded, but they take each groups picture as they enter the boat. This takes time and honestly we bought one because it was a great pic! Please check this tour out!! Use a Groupon if you can. ;)

The boat was large enough for everyone to spread out and have their own space. There was plenty of sitting and standing room. Handicap access was great. It wasn’t a 2-Hour Tour, more like an hour and a half. The music was nice. The narration kept us entertained when we weren’t seeing dolphins. Two ways to improve: Please reconsider your smoking policy. Some guests are allergic to the smoke. Smokers being allowed to indulge on the top deck still created quite a bit of second-hand inhalation. Please also enforce a guest behavior policy. Two parties on the tour began to argue and were completely ignored by the staff. This was a very uncomfortable experience for those of us forced to witness the incident.
