My wife and I did the dolphin exploration tour with Tropic Boat Tours as part of our 25th anniversary trip to Clearwater Beach. We purchased a Groupon for the tour for only $34 for both of us, and reserved our slot on a 5pm departure. The crew was great, and we saw numerous dolphins. An outstanding and memorable part of our vacation.

We have taken this tour before in the past years but it was great as always. Very friendly crew and a very relaxing way to spend a couple hours exploring Clearwater beach. Crew was very informative and the wife and I had a good time being out on the water seeing some dolphins. We both would recommend it.

We have done this trip multiple times and never fail to be impressed. This week we had visiting friends and took the trip with them. As always the staff was friendly and informative for someone new to the area. And of course we observed a couple groups of dolphins including a pod of 6 with babies. The price is a very reasonable $25, with coupons and discount codes available online. It is $14 extra for unlimited beer and the crew keeps for stocked so it is a good deal if you also want to have a few while on the water. Absolutely a good way to spend a few hours on the water for groups of all ages.
