We had a great time! Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. We got to see lots of dolphins. It was beautiful! Our family really enjoyed it.

Terrible tour. When I bought the ticket, it said that dolphin sightings were guaranteed. That didn't happen. We didn't even see a single dolphin, the tour wasn't exciting, and the drinks on the boat were bad. What's more, I asked for a refund for the ticket since we didn't see anything, and on the ticket they assured me that we would see them. They said that they wouldn't refund the ticket price, that I could go on a new tour that wasn't at sunset, but how could I if we left the next day? I explained the situation and they said there was nothing they could do. And in the end, we paid 80 dollars to not see anything and still receive poor service.

As with any tour that is trying to show visitors wild animals, there is always the possiblity to not see them.
