5/13/2014 we pre-scheduled dolphin tour at 5p. We arrived in Clearwater at 11:00a. There were 15 people total on the ship, all adults. The 1st young man we spoke too (11am) was a good representative of their company. We shopped, ate, and saw the sites of Clearwater. Around 1:45 we went back to see if we could change 2:30p dolpin tour - the same young man was behind the desk. When he was about to speak about changing - young heavy set woman (dark hair) with a bad Attitiude threw back the curtain. Said changing from 5p to 230p could not happen because we booked online and there was a huge change fee. The woman was rude, abrupt, unfriendly - her way or dont come back was her attitude. We came back and showed up for our 5p. We saw a few dolphins, the evening was nice, the crew got us out & back. Would I use this company again or recommend them to other people - No!

Wow. Clearwater on Sunday is terrible for traffic. That said, I loved the boat tour, saw only one dolphin, but the breeze in our hair and beautiful scenery was good enough. Staff was very friendly. Price was good. Loved the fact that they sent me a "wake up" email to remind me. There was no. Parking in the marina available so parked by the beach in the ramp for surf style store for $12. That beach is awesome so you may want to come early or stay late.

We found this through groupon. It was a cloudy, stormy week that we were visiting the Clearwater area. We were waiting for a sunny day, but as the week was flying by, we finally booked our dolphin tour for 4:45 on a friday. The crew contacted us by phone and email..the 4;45 was cancelled due to thunderstorms so we were able to get on the 2;30...it worked for us! The crew was fun and friendly...we decided to partake in the $12 wristband for drinks...I think it was worth it. We saw LOTS of dolphins...prettymuch as soon as the boat departed from the dock! Two of them were swimming right along the boat. We continued to go further out into the Gulf...seeing MORE dolphins...really cool. We got a spot on the front deck of the boat which had a great view. I feel that is was an especially great value with the groupon and definitely recommend...even on a cloudy day!
