Cancelled an hour before we were booked !!!!! No other tours available and didn’t get a refund !!!!!!! Furious !!! No reason given . DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Very disappointed group of kids !!!!!!!!!

The trip provided what it promotes, however a new speaker system would be great, or reduce the motor when close to the homes. If on main deck (bar deck)many of us were unable to hear the guide over the motors of the boat. So we saw many fancy homes but heard no fun facts. Kudos to the guide who stood in the rain in the top deck, to deliver. I’m not sure if the noise level could be reduced in order to hear what is being said, that was my family’s and surrounding folks only complaint. They really did what they could to let us see dolphins. The captain would move close to them- which was great.

The mates made the boat a great experience. They were Chad and tito and captain Ron. Learned new information and saw a mom and baby dolphin 🐬 make sure to get the drink packages they are a great addition 😀
