A shelf fell almost injuring my daughter and the manager demanded I pay for the 4 broken goblets. Worst customer service I've ever had!

I am sorry for possible inconvenience that may have occired while your visit. But I would like to explain the situation. We have reviewed the footage and saw that someone in your party bumped into the shelf, which cause it to become unstable. It also worth noting that the shelf is below knee height so no one was in danger of being injured.

Very interesting and certainly not your average museum. Mystified by the micropieces and terrified by the torture pieces. SpoOoOoOoOokyyy.
