Total tourist trap rip off. Very nice lady, but $60 for 2 adults and a child was waaay too much. My mistake taking an 8 year old. Too young. He was freaked out by the gruesomeness of the Instruments and the evil of it and ended with tears. That’s not why I rate it so low bc that was my mistake. It’s mostly because it was very small and the “tiny art museum” was not that impressive. I sound like a very negative person, but I’m generally not. Just want to warn others not to take young children or to be super impressed.

We are sorry that the museum was not what you expected it to be. We do give a warning about the graphic nature of the exhibits. This is a dark piece of history that we strive to preserve so that people may learn from it.

Might consider this a hidden gem because I thought it wasn't advertised very well when I was there. I only knew my wife and I wanted to go because I had heard about it through Trip Advisor. We got there as soon as it opened and had the whole place to ourselves. The guy running the place was very friendly and helpful. The exhibits were very well laid out and had descriptive notes. We abandoned the audio tour about halfway through as we felt we didn't need as much information as was provided. The ghost hunting app was a huge let down, would not recommend.
