Cocktail Class in Congress Street Up

Overview
Cocktail culture was born during Prohibition when alcohol was so potent and nose curling that bartenders and home brewers started combining mixers with the booze to make it more palatable!
We follow the tradition of those early mixologists and will help you learn how to make proper Prohibition Era cocktails.
So come and enjoy a 2 hour "Intimate Cocktail Class" with award-winning bartenders at a 1920's "Speakeasy" in the American Prohibition Museum!

One of a kind experience! Blake was awesome, we had a peanut allergy in our group and he adjusted things to be sure it was a safe experience. He made the whole process interactive and a lot of fun. This activity is definitely a must do while in Savannah!

This was the ending of our museum tour. It was exceptional!! A little more money than just for the museum tour, but so worth it! It's a must do! We learned how to make an Old Fashioned, and a Bee's Knees, two very popular prohibition drinks. Also, we learned when a cocktail should be stirred or shaken, and how. It was all very interesting. And the icing om the cake - a great cocktail!!
