I took my 9 year old daughter to Cocoa Beach Aerial Adventures 6/15/18. I was very impressed with the facility. The staff who assisted us were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to our needs. Peyton took my daughter on the course after the instruction and getting her into her harness and helmet. She was patient with her on the course. My daughter soon got the hang of it and was confident enough to go out on her own. She had a blast! She completed the green and yellow levels. She can’t wait to be old enough for red level. Bring plenty of water and apply sunscreen before you go. Bug spray would be helpful also. If you pay with cash you get a 5% discount. Military discounts are also given I was told. I recommend going if you have kids who love to climb or if you’re looking for great exercise. It looks like a lot of fun.

I have done aerial adventures in the past and have never had any issues completing the course. The mechanism that fits around the body was not tight enough for me. I had too much slack in my line so I had a very hard time getting up on the tree stands after each rope course. The. The ziplining was awful do to the same reason. I told the guides I was having a big issue and they just told me to grab different things to help pull myself up. There was a zipline I made all the way to the tree but could not reach my leg up on the tree stand and went backwards and ended up having to pull myself half the way back by pulling the rope with my 1 arm. When I got back I had to tell my son I could not go anymore it wore me out and hurt my leg so bad it still hurts 3 days later and I have a big bruise. He also quit cause he didnt want to finish alone. I felt bad but I could not do anymore. When I went to get the gear off I explained to the lady what happened and she said my harness should have been shorter that would have put me higher I was too low that was the issue. She said the guide should have known that. I paid $85 for myself and my son and we only completed the 1st level and 2 ropes of the 2nd level, about half. They just said they were sorry, never even offered to give any money back even tho it was their fault I could not finish. I was not impressed with that. The course was nice a little small but nice. I think the guides need to be more on top of people having issues. A little girl a head of us was scared to death and they kept pushing her to keep going till she started to cry then they came and got her.

Hello Angel, I am really sorry to hear that you had a hard time navigating the adventure park. We haven't ever had anyone say that they couldn't complete the park due to the length of their tether. Pulling your body weight up is difficult on a few of the obstacles. We have 7 courses that increase in difficultly as you move through them and it sounds like you made it through 5 of the 7 which is still pretty impressive! In our defense, I did speak to one of the guides working that day and he said he offered to shorten the tether for you but you declined. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration when designing obstacles in the future.

I had such a wonderful time at Aerial Adventures. There are three height levels that are straightforward to navigate, each featuring a variety of creative challenges. The entire park is well constructed with harnesses that are very safe. The owners Kelly and Matt, who built the park, along with the staff (shout out to my guide Peyton) make you feel super welcome. Definitely worth a visit.
