We are so disappointed in this company. We reserved 2 ebikes for Saturday and 2 kayaks for Sunday. Saturday morning we stood in front of the shack for 10 mins while staff hurried around us and never acknowledged our presence. Finally, we oushes through to the desk inside and checked in. Only 1 bike was charged and we were told to take the 2nd bike to our hotel to charge it for 20 mins (already almost an hour into our reservation time). We sat in the hotel for 45 mins waiting for any type of charge on the bike...nothing! So we contacted CWA and said we were going to return the bikes and wanted a refund. By this time it was too late to go to Yellowstone and ride around like we had planned. We also asked to cancel the kayak reservation for Sunday as we had changed our plan to dry and go to Yellowstone then and drive around. Upon pulling up to the CWA shack, Sonny's husband told us he would take us to his garage to see if there was another bike we could use. Hesitantly we did, because we were so frustrated by this point. He assured us we would be refunded for the kayaks and partially refunded for the inconvenience of this e-bike kerfuffle. We ended up having to take the original ebike they gave us that was charged and my husband had to ride the owners personal ebike (as the other 10 bikes they had weren't charged). When dropping off the bikes before our scheduled end time, Sonny happened to be in the shake behind a screen. The woman working at the front was unable to assist with the refund of anything so she called over to Sonny to tell her who we were and that we needed a refund. Being that I had been emailing Sonny with many questions prior to our reservation date and also the morning of the reservation about our problems, I was shocked when her reply to the woman was "I'm in the middle of working right now, they'll have to request it online!" Mind you, she was 3 feet from us, so we could hear her. She never popped her head out to apologize, never took 5 seconds to acknowledge our frustration or address how we could get our money back. It is now July 30 and we've contacted Sonny via email at least 8 times and attempted via phone at least 5 times and still have yet to see any refund for the kayaks or the horrible ebike experience. We've been completely disregarded. We had hoped to come back and support their business someday with our out of town guests, but being that we aren't ever going to be compensated for kayaks we never used I'm not sure I want to support their business anymore.

Hello Heather, Sorry for the delay.I’ve been in Yellowstone doing tours most days and working 19 hour days and no office staff either. Us along with the rest of the country are understaffed due to stimulus money going out to people and in return people do not want to work.Hopefully next year we will have enough staff to get everything done.We we’re supposed to have about 40 employees this year and ended up with 10.So this year has been horribly challenging and it has been very stressful to help people to have a good vacation.Or even to be able to take care of office stuff when you’re in Yellowstone doing tours without cell signal for 13 hours of the day,I do apologize for the delay in getting back to you.I hope that in the future you do get back here and we can show you what we normally do.
