Williamsburg is a fantastic family vacation. There is so to do and see. We loved that the kids got to get a lot of walking and energy out . To see unique things from the colonial area. The people are super informative.

We didn’t use the tickets. I didn’t realize that I needed to have responded to an email to get the password. I bought the tour, thinking the tickets and the App would be enough. Super frustrating!!!

Hi Cynthia, I'm sorry you had trouble with Viator's app! You booked this through Viator, and so yes - you are required to get in touch with us. The reason is that Viator will not provide your login password, but they also won't give us your contact info, so we have no way to get it to you proactively. It's annoying, for sure! Unfortunately, you never reached out to us to give us a chance to get you what you needed, so we were unable to help. This was a great walk on a beautiful day through the William and Mary Campus as well as colonial Williamsburg. Once we figured out that position one didn’t have a question, we were off! The only recommendation I have is a “You did it!” Screen at the end of the last spot.
