This was such a fun and cool experience. I would definitely do this again, but will not bring my three year old! One more thing, no layers, dress comfortably - it is super hot in this place, this is the only reason why I did not rate it with a 5 star. Everyone in my group was complaining about hot warm it was, I think we had to rush through some areas because of this reason. My 11yo daughter loved it and had a blast, she is very creative and loves color. I am a lover of color which is why I really enjoyed each exhibit and activities.

We had 12pm tickets on a Friday and while it was busy, the crowd was well-managed. Every staff person we interacted with throughout the musem was friendly and welcoming. Overall we loved the experience and would definitely go again!

If you want to have an amazing time with friends and family, consider coming to the Color Factory in NYC! What an amazing place! We were greeted by very upbeat and knowledgeable staff. The lobby was clean and well organized. We loved that we were given a snack while waiting for the coat check (very convenient and completely free). We enjoyed every exhibit they had to offer. It was interactive and forced you out of your comfort zone! It was nice seeing full grown adults playing in the giant ball pit. Everyone was having so much fun! The activity where you get to sketch your partner was very entertaining. I think this place would be great for a company team build or just to have a great time with friends and family. I saw plenty of kids there as well so it is definitely kid friendly. They do provide snacks in many of the rooms you enter and they warn you of any allergens right from the start. They also provide you with a card that you can swipe in each room that provides you with photographs of you and your friends (no additional cost)! We received the photos very quickly, right to our email addresses! Overall, we had a blast and I would recommend you come check out the Color Factory for a fun and interactive time!
