Very fun experience. Jeff was an amazing pilot. The landing was the best part! Really cool once in a lifetime activity. View was not the greatest due to the smog from the fires, but no fault of the company

Never forget that ride! This was a birthday surprise for my girlfriend and it was everything and more than we expected. The whole experience is a memory that you will cherish. Certainly, there is the fear factor, but Troy and his wife are probably the most qualified, experienced, and fun you could ask for. Troy has set world balloon records crossing the Atlantic and Pacific and all over the world. They've been doing it for 40 years so ask for the best and you won't be disappointed. The balloon was massive. The ride was peaceful and romantic. What an experience!!!!!

Patrick was a great pilot - felt safe from beginning to end. Views were incredible, great amount of time both high in the sky and low to the ground to see a variety of sites and animals. Ride was peaceful, landing was smooth, and the champagne toast at the end was a great touch! Definitely worth the money!
