Excellent experience. This was on my bucket list and decided to make a a family affair. I am not fond of heights, but, Troy, our guide was great. Explained what was happening with the balloon and winds. I felt very comfortable and even looked over the edge of the basket. Would definitely book with this company again.

My husband and I took this balloon ride for our 24th wedding anniversary. We were the last to board and they put us in separate baskets. It took an element away from the experience. The pilot said three person per basket....wish they had warn us of this ahead... We would have made other arrangements.

Hello Cece, thank you for taking the time to fill out a review for us. With each of our baskets, we do have to distribute the weight evenly and make sure all passengers have room for their bucket list experience. Usually it works out perfectly where groups do not have to stand on the other side of the partition from their group, but every now and then we do get odd numbers booked for the trip. I do apologize that this took an element away from your experience. Your feedback does help to make sure that we take all considerations for our passengers trips in the future.

This experience was amazing. Serene, quiet and so beautiful. The world looks amazing when you are up above in the clouds. I will recommend this to everyone. absolutely. The pilot and crew at the rainbow ryders were amazing. They made the whole experience so wonderful.
