Need better communication with travelers. We ran late because the buses were so busy. Our tour guide left us I understand that we were late but he never reached out to us. We had to take a taxi back to the airport. Receptionist needs better customer service skills she sucked.

The actual tour was quite good with a great tour guide and we saw a lot. The booking process and confirmation information was a bit confusing. I booked through Trip Advisor who books through Viator who books through Aloha Sunshine Tours. Some of the info was contradictory and vague and when I called two different numbers to clarify things, each person was rude. I could have done it all myself and saved money, but overall if you want to see it all and let someone else do the work, it was worth it. I suggest you investigate your options first.

Aloha, We appreciate this feedback. We love what we do and it's hard to imagine you experience rude customer service. I'll definetely bring this up with our staff. Not sure if you actually talked with someone from Viator. Thanks
