Craft Beer Tour in Lower Downtown Denver

Overview
Get out into one of Denver's 300 days of sunshine and head to the Historical Lower Downtown (LoDo) District of Denver. Learn how beer has obtained such a strong foothold in our state and discover for yourself why Denver has earned for itself the nickname "Napa Valley of Craft Beer."  Tours last between 2-3 hours so prepare to hang out with a local beer aficionado and see if you have what it takes to stand up to our beer. During the 4 stops on our tour you will go behind the scenes to learn brewing process, visit a brewpub that began a nationwide franchise, drink in the brewery founded by the governor, and hang out in the best craft beer bar in Denver. Our tour guides drink with the best so ask them any questions you may have. All challenges accepted! Book now to secure your spot; if the tour is full please call our contact phone number to see if we can add you in. Don't miss out on Denver's gateway to craft beer!

My friends and I went to Colorado for a long weekend. I'm a planner, so I went on TripAdvisor to see what there is to do in Denver and came across this Microbrew tour. We needed something to fill our Saturday afternoon, so we took a tour of Coors Field at noon and then walked a few blocks over to The Great Divide for the start of the tour. It was interesting to learn about the 4 breweries without the information being repetitive. The tour ended at 5, but we stayed out with the rest of the group (locals and tourists) all night. Steve, our tour guide, was extremely friendly and well-informed. We learned not only about Denver’s microbrews, but also the difference between microbreweries, craft breweries, and brew pubs in general. I would highly recommend this tour! The generous samples and free pint at the end of the tour were definitely worth it!

This was our first trip to Denver and we were looking for some way to see some of the city by foot and get a sampling of the famed Denver brews. This tour delivered on both counts. Our guide knew his beer and had things well organized at each stop along the way. Samples were generous and the atmosphere at each of the stops was friendly. The four places we visited on the tour were nicely spaced out, but not too far apart. The route passed by Coors Field and ended on the 16th street mall. Overall it was well worth the price (and then some). After the tour, we decided to get our free pints back at Great Divide and the bartender there actually seemed complimented by the fact that we chose to come back. Not put out or annoyed that we were using a "coupon." Take this tour!

I had a free afternoon while in Denver for work, so my friend and I decided to do the tour this past Friday. We had a great time and got to sample some fantastic beers! This is a really affordable way to get a taste of Denver's finest, and the tour is guided by a knowledgeable Colorado native.
