Craft Beer Tour in Lower Downtown Denver

Overview
Get out into one of Denver's 300 days of sunshine and head to the Historical Lower Downtown (LoDo) District of Denver. Learn how beer has obtained such a strong foothold in our state and discover for yourself why Denver has earned for itself the nickname "Napa Valley of Craft Beer."  Tours last between 2-3 hours so prepare to hang out with a local beer aficionado and see if you have what it takes to stand up to our beer. During the 4 stops on our tour you will go behind the scenes to learn brewing process, visit a brewpub that began a nationwide franchise, drink in the brewery founded by the governor, and hang out in the best craft beer bar in Denver. Our tour guides drink with the best so ask them any questions you may have. All challenges accepted! Book now to secure your spot; if the tour is full please call our contact phone number to see if we can add you in. Don't miss out on Denver's gateway to craft beer!

Denver is known for its craft beer, so taking a tour is a must if you love trying the local brews. I didn't recognize any brewery on the list, but each one was fantastic! The tour includes 2-3 tastings at each of the five breweries, so be prepared to drink and come with a full belly or you might have a hard time (the altitude makes those beers even more potent!). The pitchers always had a bit more beer in them, so we truly got about two tastings of each beer! At each stop you also get the history of the brewery and anything sort of unique about the beer. You also get to rate each beer on a score card--which is great for remembering later which beers you need to take home with you! Our tour guide, Ethan, was the perfect combination of knowledgeable, funny, and fun. He hung out with us for a bit after the tour and made further food and beer recommendations. I will definitely suggest this tour to anyone who loves craft beer. I'm planning on doing it again the next time I'm in town!

It was a great experience, Matt our guide was excellent, super friendly and made the tour enjoyable, he has a good energy and actitud. Tour was well organized, on time, no issues. We visited cool places. My partner and I just move to Denver and this tour gave us a better understanding of the beer culture here. I don’t even like beer and I enjoyed it. If you are in Denver you have to take this tour.

We had a great time visiting 4 different brew houses on this walking tour - and thank God we were walking! We sampled 10 different beers total that we poured ourselves from full pitchers of beer that we were given at each place - plenty of refills if we wanted them and still we had to leave some beer in those pitchers as we left each place. Our guide was super friendly and gave us fun facts about our locale and establishments as we walked from place to place, as well as interesting beer history and information. There were many new friends made in that short time we were together, even if it was a short time - this is one fun tour for beer lovers!
