It was raining outside so we did the indoor course. It was very crowded so that made things go on a slower pace. The place smelled good like candy, but they have these huge fans above you that causes some big wind. This was annoying under some of the holes you were putting under. Thier is no special hole in one hole in the end. It was a ok Putt Putt course.

We visited on our last day in Pigeon Forge. The kids kept commenting on how cute it was and looked super fun. I will say the decor is absolutely adorable and the smell is wonderful when you walk in. The outdoor course is quite challenging and our 7 year old needed some help with the difficulty. We enjoyed spinning the wheel and finding different ways to play which brought on many laughs. I will say however I was very disappointed in the staff. Our 12 year old has a broken foot and being on crutches has learned to ask first if the activity is handicapped accessible as many mini-golf courses are not. The two employees just laughed and said ā€œyah play outside youā€™ll be fine.ā€ Well after we paid our near $80 to play the elevator outside was in fact out of order. We were able to help our son up and down the stairs but with a large sign from management on the elevator they should have known and mentioned that. I was fine to move on from there and chalk it up as an oversight but then two of our balls got stuck and when we asked for help, we were told someone would be right out to help. After waiting 10 minutes my husband walked back in, grabbed two balls of his own and walked back out so we could continue. Itā€™s a very cute place and course but unfortunately with customer service like that, itā€™s disappointing. It wasnā€™t even crowded to blame that and lack of help. When leaving there was one older couple and another family complaining of their service as well. We opted out of playing the mini bowling and went down the road to have fun elsewhere.

We went to play the outdoor course but the entire parkway lost power during our visited. We were able to wait it out and still play. All the employees were very nice and helpful.
