AVOID THIS COMPANY
My wife and I went on this tour, which started in a tiny, filthy basement with little to no air circulation. Most of the others did not wear masks and social distancing is impossible in the confined area.
Our guide, Greg, was fantastic. We travel a lot and take tours. Greg was THE best guide we have had in years.
We asked him about those not wearing masks and he explained the company sends an email about masks, but if a person claims they have a medical issue there's nothing the company can do, so we left and waited outside for the group to leave that nasty hole in the ground.
Greg did his best, reminding the group to maintain social distancing, but in a group of 28 people on a crowded street that wasn't possible.
The places we visited were also packed with people, only a handful wearing masks, and we were forced to wait for room to open up.
Though Greg was a wonderful guide, we left. We called the office requesting a refund due to the dangerous situations we experienced, but, surprise, surprise, this jack leg outfit only offers another tour, which, because we don't live in Savannah was worthless.
As if we would EVER use this company again after our terribly dangerous experience
Use one of the other tour companies in the city, preferably one that goes just care about profits over the safety of their guests.

Hi there.
I am completely confused by your review. We do not have a tour guide named Greg. The founder of this company is named Greg, but he has not given a tour in years and no longer lives in Savannah nor has any involvement with the company.
We do not start our tours in any kind of basement. We meet at the Six Pence Pub, which requires and enforces mask wearing. It is not located below ground. The tour begins, and all stories are told, outside in the fresh air.
If you called and asked for a refund, you would have spoken to me. I would have given you your money back immediately, as I have done a couple times during the pandemic for guests who had been uneasy around others in the group going unmasked (all we can do is tell them they are required--we cannot physically compel people to wear masks on an outdoor walking tour without violence toward my guides).
It there were 28 people on your tour, you weren't on the Creepy Crawl. I have been capping tours at 20 to allow distancing, with some weekend tours getting up to 23 people.
This review is either intended to slander our company, or left by someone who took a tour with another business in Savannah. Should future guests wish to receive correct information about our tours, please call or directly message me through this platform.
