Overview

We are the ORIGINAL haunted pub crawl tour of Savannah's famed Historic District, operating nightly since 1996. Our home base is the famous Six Pence Pub, a notoriously haunted English-themed bar right in the middle of downtown Savannah. Our professional storyteller-guides have decades of combined experience sharing compelling tales of eerie happenings and ghost lore in Savannah. Our walk covers about 1.5 miles of Savannah's gloriously beautiful (and terribly haunted!) sidewalks and squares. As it is legal to drink on the street in Savannah, we breeze through a handful of sometimes-quirky, sometimes-historic bars for walking beverages. Note: drinks ARE NOT included in admission. Only guests 21+ may participate, making this an ADULTS-ONLY ghost tour!

Savannah's mask mandate has expired as of May 2021. The unvaccinated are encouraged to take precautions to ensure their personal safety. Tours will be kept to around 20 people (10 fewer than the city allows on walking tours.)

Your professional guide will introduce you to 4+ local bars, and many other haunted and spooky Savannah sites amidst our lush city squares and nightlife scene, all while you sip on a to-go drink! You will hear tales of local spirit activity at a variety of these locations while you take in the eerie beauty of Savannah after dark.

The guide was knowledgeable but he didn’t seem to want interaction with the group. We stopped at two pubs- I understand COViD restrictions- but that was a little disappointing. Then when we arrived at the cemetery we didn’t go in, also disappointing (although probably out of the guide’s control). I don’t regret doing it, but certainly wouldn’t do it again.

Hi Lori, Thanks so much for taking a tour with us. We will use your feedback to improve future guests' experiences on the Creepy Crawl. Guides will absolutely be reminded to make each guest feel welcomed and included. Though the pandemic has made it harder to get groups into bars, and to find bars to get into, we have been averaging 3 bar stops per tour, including the Six Pence. I will speak with your guide about what went wrong. The cemetery does indeed close at sundown. Even during the day, guided tour groups of more than 6 people may not enter without special permission. Given that it contains grave sites from the 1750's and founders of our city, it gets a lot of protection. I can't remember our guides name unfortunately, but he was amazing. So very knowledgable. Not only was he"ghost" smart, but knew his history so well. Maybe Mark??
